The environment around us becomes very terrible . We should protect our environment. First, we should plant many trees to keep water. Second , we can ride a bike or walk to the school and work.. To begin with, taxing privatecar owners is conducive to reduce environment pollution as well as health harmin that we all know that the gas emission of private cars have done a lot of harmto our environment and our body. With this tax, the private car owners will beinclined to reduce the use of car to ease their financial burden. In addition,carrying out this tax will slow down the increase of private car. Those whowant to buy a private car will take the tax into account before they decide tobuy a car. Finally, taxing private car owners will be a great warn of environment pollution and arouse the awareness of environment protection.

　　我們可以看到這個想法會帶來一些好處。首先，向私家車車主征稅有利于減少環(huán)境污染和健康危害，因?yàn)槲覀兌贾浪郊臆嚨奈矚馀欧乓呀?jīng)損害了我們的環(huán)境和我們的身體。有這種稅，私家車車主會傾向少用私家車來減輕他們的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。此外，實(shí)施這一稅收將降低私家車的增加量。那些想買私家車的人，會在決定買車前將稅收列入考慮范圍。最后，對私家車車主征稅將是環(huán)境污染的一個巨大警告來引起人們的環(huán)保意識。

　　Ina long term, taxing private car owners is beneficial to our sustainable development and environment protection. To put it in a nutshell, private car owners should be taxed for pollution.
