Homebody

　　Nowadays, the rapid development of science and technology allows people to stay indoor and get what they want, leading to the phenomenon that an increasing number of people prefer to stay at home rather than spend more time in the open air.

　　In comparison to those outdoorsy people I am totally a homebody. I am not keen on traveling or sports, let alone horse riding and scuba-diving.

　　The only chance I would willingly stay outdoor might be going on a date with my boyfriend. As for him, I can't ignore the fact that he is fat and indoorsy. As a result, we don't go out for dinner often. At times we go for window shopping. He has a special taste on picking things and products in shopping malls can't satisfy him, that's why he gets used to shopping online.

　　When watching TV was very popular I was not an coach potato. Nevertheless at the present surfing the internet appeals to most people and I have been a mouse potato for a quite long time.

　　A homebody is usually perceived as unadventurous. It's obviously that the lifestyle can reflect one's personality.

　　In my point of view, it isn't a terrible thing to spend most of the time staying at home, but one shouldn't be a shut-in refusing to cooperate with others.

　　In the modern society, one can't live without the bond with other people. What's more some shops call for people to obtain the ability of cooperation and communication.
