一年前，我媽媽帶我去上英語特長班。我對老師說：“我的記憶力太差了，記不住那些句子和單詞。”
可是，老師說：“只要你想學(xué)，你就一定能學(xué)會(huì)的。
我點(diǎn)點(diǎn)頭，答應(yīng)了。開始，我什么都學(xué)不會(huì)，我就想起老師的話，認(rèn)認(rèn)真真的聽老師講課。爸爸、媽媽也多次重復(fù)這句話。于是，我下定決心，一定把英語學(xué)好。
我每天跟著錄音機(jī)一遍一遍地聽，一遍一遍說。經(jīng)過一年的努力，我的英語成績趕上來了，每次讀、寫、背，老師總是說我進(jìn)步了。課堂上，默寫是我們必須做的一件事，我讀幾遍，背幾遍，就可以熟練的`默寫下來了。我現(xiàn)在和以前的成績完全不同了。
我體會(huì)到，學(xué)一門課，做一件事，只要有信心，就一定能學(xué)好、做好。我現(xiàn)在的英語成績相當(dāng)好。但是，我不能驕傲，必須更加努力地學(xué)習(xí)。

He was glad to see that so many Chinese children like English, and we agreed to keep in touch with each other later on. How happy I am to have made a new friend!
