I feel so happy to have the chance to make a speech. The title of my speech is Protect the Environment, Protect Ourselves. I hope you will like it.
Everybody knows waste paper and used coke cans are discarded everywhere. You might have seen plastic bags flying in the sky and getting caught in the trees when the wind blows or maybe you have seen old cans floating in the rivers and polluting the water. Our environment is the place in which we live, but it is being ruined by us.
There is a story about house and trees. It is said that a man’s house was surrounded by a lot of trees. Though the wind was strong, that man could have a good rest under the trees. How comfortable the life was! One day, that man wanted to enlarge his house, so he cut down all the trees. Then the autumn came without the protection. The strong wind blew the roof of the house into the sky. The whole house was gone with the wind. What a pity! But that’s the price people have to pay for destroying in the ecology balance. People shouldn’t be short-sighted. Protecting the environment is everyone’s task.
As you know, there are four kinds of pollution. They are air pollution, water pollution, waste pollution and noise pollution. But what can we do to solve the pollution? I think, firstly, we can make cars that don’t pollute the environment. We can ask companies to use modern clean technology. In some big cities, we can limit the number of cars. Secondly, we can try to use less water and make sure that we do not pollute the water. We can tell factories that they are not allowed to pour waste water into the lakes and rivers. Thirdly, we should not throw rubbish in parks and cities. We can pick up rubbish if we see it. We can put more rubbish bins in our parks and cities. Fourthly, we can live far from the noise and make the laws to limit the noise.

For the teachers， they should attach great importance to the test of the ability of using the knowledge to solve problems rather than the mechanical memory of textbooks. For the students， it is necessary to realize that cheating in exams is shameful conduct， and the future is full of sharp competition and any success achieved by cheating won＇t last long. So let us make a cheating—free campus and establish an honest academic atmosphere for today and tomorrow.

時(shí)間過得真快，轉(zhuǎn)瞬間實(shí)習(xí)生活落下帷幕。在這為期三個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)生活里，我學(xué)到了很多大學(xué)課堂里學(xué)不到的知識(shí)，酸甜苦辣體會(huì)感悟頗多。大四下學(xué)期的實(shí)習(xí)，對(duì)于應(yīng)屆生的我們來說是將理論知識(shí)與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的重要途徑，以及進(jìn)入社會(huì)參加工作前的必經(jīng)階段，實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)也是對(duì)于我們四年專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)的`系統(tǒng)回顧和升華，對(duì)于我們將要走入社會(huì)的學(xué)生來說是一次熟悉社會(huì),了解社會(huì)的好機(jī)會(huì)，而這次三個(gè)月高中實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)將是我們?nèi)松袑氋F財(cái)富。
我將簡單從英語教學(xué)，實(shí)習(xí)班主任和教學(xué)研究三個(gè)方面對(duì)自己實(shí)習(xí)收獲和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)做一個(gè)小結(jié)。
英語教學(xué)：聽課-備課-上課-評(píng)課。
聽課 ：前期聽課只是泛泛地聽，機(jī)械地記筆記像高中生一樣。后來發(fā)現(xiàn)自己備課時(shí)不知道該如何備，找不到重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。如此一來，就又重新投入認(rèn)真聽課，抓重難點(diǎn)和考點(diǎn)。漸漸領(lǐng)悟到指導(dǎo)老師是如何導(dǎo)入，如何將難點(diǎn)簡化再簡化，用學(xué)生能快速接受的方式呈現(xiàn)給學(xué)生，如何強(qiáng)化運(yùn)用知識(shí)點(diǎn)。最后慢慢地才做到真正意義上的聽課。
備課：前期我的備課只是寫教案。后來在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中發(fā)現(xiàn)，情況并不會(huì)按自己想象中的那樣發(fā)展。教師應(yīng)當(dāng)把大量的時(shí)間用于鉆研教材，翻查收集資料，了解學(xué)生，優(yōu)化教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)。其中了解學(xué)生，優(yōu)化教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)顯得尤為重要。記得有一次講課文閱讀，發(fā)現(xiàn)很多學(xué)生讀完后無法做出課后習(xí)題，我感到很奇怪閱讀并不難，為什么大多數(shù)同學(xué)都不會(huì)做呢。下課后只得重新更改教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)，把閱讀理解練習(xí)題換為找出每一段落的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞。讓人高興的是，同學(xué)們便可準(zhǔn)確迅速地找出來，教材是死的，人是活的，所以引導(dǎo)方式很重要。備課要做到三備：備教材、備學(xué)生、備教法。講解試卷和作業(yè)也是如此，并不是拿著一張卷子、一本作業(yè)就從頭講解到尾，而是要分析重難點(diǎn)、易錯(cuò)點(diǎn)、考點(diǎn)，有針對(duì)性講解。同時(shí)每次課后，需要了解學(xué)生知識(shí)掌握程度，發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)困難，及時(shí)調(diào)整教學(xué)節(jié)奏，改變教學(xué)方法。
上課: 前期上課，都是我一個(gè)人講解，感覺像個(gè)人展示。后來在指導(dǎo)老師的幫助下，學(xué)會(huì)給學(xué)生思考時(shí)間，讓學(xué)生參與課堂教學(xué)。同時(shí)多鼓勵(lì)小組討論，給機(jī)會(huì)小組展示。這樣一來充分調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生的積極性和學(xué)習(xí)熱情和學(xué)習(xí)興趣。最后能夠基本把握整個(gè)上課的啟動(dòng)環(huán)節(jié)、導(dǎo)入環(huán)節(jié)、展開環(huán)節(jié)、調(diào)整環(huán)節(jié)、結(jié)課環(huán)節(jié)。
評(píng)課：實(shí)習(xí)期間聽了指導(dǎo)老師、實(shí)習(xí)老師、學(xué)校每周一次的教師公開課。前期評(píng)課，只是會(huì)說，這個(gè)老師講得好，那個(gè)老師一般，另一個(gè)老師不好。只是一種最簡單最直接的聽課感受，后期學(xué)會(huì)分析，授課好好在何處，不好哪里還有待改進(jìn)和提高。后期從教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)程序、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)技能、教學(xué)效果、教學(xué)特色各個(gè)方面展開論述。實(shí)話實(shí)話、共同進(jìn)步。

to make matters worse, it began to rain heavily. the wind blew hard, and the blasted forest groaned as if in pain. and so overcast was the sky that night came several hours earlier than usual. cold and frightened, i was trembling all over. all i could do was shout for help, but no help was forthcoming. the night became darker, the wind blew harder, and the rain poured down more heavily. i ate my last piece of food, a tiny piece of cake. totally despaired, i was waiting not for miracle but for death. suddenly, a thunderclap woke me up.
a rainstorm was indeed raging outside, but i was grateful to find that i only had a nightmare.
