民營企業(yè)人力資源管理研究

【摘要】人力資源是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)中最重要的資源，如何有效的開發(fā)和科學(xué)合理地管理人力資源是企業(yè)走向成功的關(guān)鍵。本文在闡明人力資源管理的含義和只能的基礎(chǔ)上，通過對民營企業(yè)人力資源管理中的現(xiàn)狀分析，并著重就激勵因素來說明民營企業(yè)如何改善其用人、留人、育人機(jī)制，最后提出民營企業(yè)個性化管理的措施。

【Title】HRM research of selfish-enterprise

【Abstract】Human Resource is the most important asset in modern company. How to deploit and control employee and scientificly is the key point for company towarding success. In this article, on the basis of expressing the context and confunctions of HRM, and through the analysis of the human resource management of selfish-enterprise which can draw a conclusion that the Characteristic Management is suitable. Another hand, the writer will pay more attention on motivating employee and shoe how to improve the system of ueing、training and retaining good employees.
