為什么有的超聲檢查要憋尿呢？憋到什么程度合適？

在進行膀胱、輸尿管、前列腺等泌尿系統(tǒng)檢查以及未婚女性、陰道出血較多和懷孕前三個月的患者行婦科超聲檢查前，需要憋尿適度充盈膀胱，以減少腸管氣體干擾，并提供良好的透聲窗。另外，懷孕3個月以內的孕婦要適度充盈膀胱，。做婦科超聲要求膀胱尿量在300-400ml，就經驗而言，檢查前喝500-800ml水，一般需憋尿2個小時，喝80000ml水，需憋尿1小時左右。膀胱充盈的良好標志是平臥時下腹部凸起呈淺弧形，加壓時能往下按且能忍住。
