hello,everyone.Today I want to speak my experience about finding part-time job and share my feeling.
Last Friday I got a message said Centural Oriental School will employ new teachers,I know it is the best English training school in JiLin,so I want to have a try.The most important reason is I want to acumulate the experience about interview and to know a formal interview how to conduct;the other reason is I want to encourage myself to speak with varies people,not only just speak with my family members,teachers and friends,because in the future I will work in the society.It is impossible always stay in the school,even to be a teacher,I also should communicate with different people.When we arrived there ,the guider told us there are two part of the interview,the first part is oral examination and the second part is writing examination,the employer asked us go into her office one by one,others waiting in the meeting room,I was the last one,when I came into her office,I began to feel nerverse the employer is the school's director,she is very cool,especially her hair-style,short and straight,but she is a very serious women.She asked me give a self-introduction,there is nothing in my mind,what I prepared before all get out from my mind,I began to speak one word and stop two second and then speak another word.I thought the interviewer was so impatient that she intervened me,and asked me:"Do you have the experience to teach the wholly class of students not the way that one to one?"I said "no".and her face showed the feeling of indifference,she said"You can go out and do you second part OK?"I said"OK",
I turned back to the meeting room and began to text by writing.I feel the problems are very difficult,so I am the last one to hand up the paper,I think the employer would surprised to me because I spent so much time to finish the paper,even this I alse feel very happy,because the result is not important to me,I had experienced it,it's enough.I had come over myself and gained progress,if I will not be employed,I'll not regrat at all,because I try my best,and gain curious career routine.I remember my new friend Sophe said to me;Never stop your progress,but you can slow it.So my dear classmates,if you as shy as me and timid to speak with a stranger,from now on try your best do what you want to do.In fact,the reality is not as complex as you imagined,just relax and confident yourself,you can make it.
